Down game days have been allocated

The standard days for GAA games in County Down during the 2004 season have been announced. They are:


Sundays - u12 football (11am), ACPRL (2pm), RFL (7pm).

Mondays - senior camogie, senior football re-fixtures.

Tuesdays - u14 football.

Wednesdays - minor football.

Thursdays - u16 football, intermediate camogie

Fridays - senior football.

Saturdays - unallocated.

Bar staff still needed

Although the pressure has decreased slightly since the EGM, the club is still in bad need of new people to bolster its bar staff rota. The duty is still being left to a couple of familiar faces all too often.



If you can lend a hand (no experience necessary) once every two months or so, then please contact Niall Quinn or Paddy Savage strightaway.

Ballyholland Harps GAC has relaunched its website as part of its jubilee celebrations. The new-look, database-driven site should provide even more news and updates for Gaels from Ballyholland and further afield.

Senior Football News

ACFL II fixtures released for 2004

The Down County Board has recently released their provisional league programme for the upcoming season.



The season will run from Easter Sunday, April 11th until the beginning of September. The Harps opening fixture sees them at home vs Glassdrumman, proceeded by an away trip to newbies Saul the following Friday night.
