BDA Community Centre - update

Ballyholland Development Association continues to quietly work away in the background making strides towards delivering a new community centre for the people of the Ballyholland area. As well as securing full planning permission the plans were recently granted Building Control approval. This means if the £750,000 to £1,000,000 of funding was available now the centre could start construction in a matter of weeks. Unfortunately it isn't but the International Fund for Ireland has agreed to commision a further economic appraisal which gives us a shout of securing the necessary funding possibly towards the end of Spring 2010.
